The Sufficiency Mindset

I know most of you have come to this course because you want to improve yourself. You may have taken other personal development seminars or read or listened to other self-help books. There are a lot of cliches in the space, and sometimes, they are cliches for a reason. For many, they have worked, but just because they are successful doesn't mean that these tropes will be successful for you. Before we get started, I want to level-set on some ideas. I want you to think about the most common terms that you encounter in the personal growth and self-development space. There are so many themes that you will see time and time again — hustle, manifestation, and one of the most common ones I've come across: abundance.

Anxiously Attached: How to Become Empowered and Secure in Love

There’s no denying it: Dating in the digital age is hard. It feels like there’s a new, hot app every day. With so many ways to communicate constantly, it’s hard not to miss a message or interpret something as simple as text message delays as personal attacks. All of this and more can lead to serious anxiety — and for those with an anxious attachment style, that can feel devastating. My hope for this course is that it will offer you a trustworthy, evidence-based roadmap to better, more stable relationships. I’ve lived through a lot of the kind of thing I describe in this course, but more than that, I’ve done considerable research and worked with therapists enough to have faith in my claims. I’m eager to share my knowledge, to help those who also have an anxious attachment style have better relationships.
